The Process

Precision outbound,
from first call to signed deal.

Four phases. Weekly reporting. Continuous optimization. Here's exactly what we do and when we do it.

Phase 01 - Discovery
Phase 01

Discovery

01
Phase 01

Discovery

10 business days
What happens

We map your ICP, analyze your offer, and build the messaging architecture that will drive every sequence we write. No assumptions. No skipping steps. Outbound without discovery is guesswork.

What we need from you
  • Kick-off call (90 min)
  • Access to any prior campaign data
  • Honest input on what's worked and what hasn't
What we produce
  • ICP report, persona maps, value prop framework
  • Messaging playbook
  • Objection matrix, sequence templates
Phase 02 - Infrastructure & Build
Phase 02

Infrastructure & Build

02
Phase 02

Infrastructure & Build

5–7 business days
What happens

We own the infrastructure, full stop. Sending domains registered, inboxes created, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configured, and a 3-week warmup protocol run before a single cold email goes out. You never touch a DNS record. We also build your prospect list against the validated ICP, write the sequences, and QA everything against deliverability and qualification standards.

What we own and operate
  • Dedicated sending domains (registered and managed by Piqely)
  • Warmed inboxes with SPF, DKIM, DMARC configured and monitored
  • Verified, enriched prospect lists built to your ICP
  • Multi-step email sequences with A/B variants
  • Pre-launch deliverability audit and sign-off
What you do
  • Approve the prospect list and messaging before we send. That's it.
03
Phase 03

Launch

2–3 weeks to full volume
What happens

Controlled ramp. We don't blast. Sending starts low, deliverability is monitored daily, and volume increases only when inbox placement is confirmed stable. Meetings start appearing on your calendar. You show up to the calls.

What we monitor daily
  • Inbox placement and sender reputation across all domains
  • Reply rate by sequence and angle
  • Bounce and complaint rates, escalated immediately if thresholds are approached
  • Qualification rate against agreed ICP definition
Phase 04 - Optimization Loop
Phase 04

Optimization Loop

04
Phase 04

Optimization Loop

Ongoing
What happens

Every week we review the data, test new angles, retire underperforming sequences, and refine the target list. Your PIQ score updates. Your pipeline grows. Outbound is not set-and-forget. This is the work, and we do it.

Weekly rhythm
  • PIQ score update and performance report every Monday
  • Review call (30 min, optional but recommended)
  • Angle and copy updates based on reply data
  • List refresh, suppression management, and infrastructure rotation
Infrastructure

Dedicated infrastructure. Every client, every tier.

Every Piqely engagement runs on dedicated sending domains registered in your company's name — not a shared pool. Campaigns go live on Day 22, after a 21-day warmup that protects your sender reputation before the first email sends. Upgrade to PIQ Pro for 3× the volume and concurrent A/B angle testing.

PIQ PRO: 3× Volume + Concurrent A/B Angles

Most agencies share sending domains across all their clients. We never have.

Every Piqely client gets their own dedicated sending domains — registered in their company's name, configured exclusively for them. Your outbound comes from alex@getacmecorp.com. Not an agency domain. Not a shared pool. Yours.

Why it matters
  • Emails arrive as you. Prospects see your company name, your domain, your person.
  • Isolated deliverability. Your sender reputation is yours alone and can never be affected by other clients.
  • Standard: 1 domain, 3 inboxes, ~1,500–2,250 emails/month.
  • PIQ Pro: 2 domains, 6 inboxes, ~3,000–4,500 emails/month + 3 concurrent A/B angles.
Standard · Day 22 1 domain · 3 inboxes ~1,500–2,250 emails/mo alex@getacmecorp.com
PIQ PRO
Upgrade 2 domains · 6 inboxes ~3,000–4,500 emails/mo 3 concurrent A/B angles

Every client gets dedicated domains. PIQ Pro doubles the volume and adds concurrent angle testing.

You see what we see. Every week.

No black boxes. No vanity metrics. Every Monday you receive a structured performance report covering:

Qualified meetings only. If a meeting doesn't meet the standard we defined together, it doesn't count. We tell you why.

Weekly Report Contents

  • Emails sent and inbox placement rate
  • Reply rate by sequence and angle
  • Meetings booked, attended, and qualified
  • Disqualified meetings and reasons
  • Deliverability health (bounce rate, complaint rate, domain reputation)
  • Next-week focus and optimizations

This is a partnership, not a vending machine.

We move fast. To keep pace, we need:

Fast feedback

24-hour turnaround on copy and list reviews.

Meeting attendance

Show up to the calls we book. No-shows damage deliverability and relationships.

Honest reporting

Tell us which meetings converted and which didn't. That data makes everything better.

One point of contact

One decision-maker on your side. Committees slow everything down.

We hold ourselves to high standards. We ask the same of clients.

Start with the Discovery Sprint.

Ten days to strategic clarity. Then we build and launch together.
